The Alliance Leadership Training Institute (ALTI) was founded in 1914 as the Palestine Bible Institute and is one of the oldest evangelical educational institutions in the Holy Land. Since its founding, ALTI has served the Christian community by training leaders and offering theological and biblical courses for lay persons.
Our approach to leadership training focuses on spiritual formation and character development, helping students understand the way that God is working in their lives to bring transformation through the Holy Spirit into the image of Christ.
